We are currently creating a Writing System Engineering Team. We are looking for four self-motivated experienced WS Engineers and WS Manager to grow our technical team in our Berlin office. We have career, expert, principal and functional manager positions to fill, according to the value brought by the candidates, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience requested.

‍DESCRIPTION / CHALLENGES & TASKS

‍Quantica’s novel printhead technology empowers and enables professionals to produce objects that are functional, full-color, multi-material, and true to nature. As an addition to our in-house development, you will help develop on-print and post-print processes, print modes and data transformation for the next generation of inkjet 3D printers by collaborating with the electronics, software and mechanics teams.

‍REQUIREMENTS

‍You’ll fit great in this role if you can:

• deploy a broad spectrum of hand-on engineering skills in order to optimise the properties of specialised 3D printed parts using our proprietary ultra high viscosity inkjet technology and printer platform.
• effectively and frequent communicate with other teams (marketing, printhead, materials, SW, electronics)• work with external partners in dental and other applications (optics, specialty engineering, displays, printed electronics, biomedical)
• demonstrate direct personal experience in inkjet printing or in the areas or print quality, 3D printing, printhead reliability and maintenance• demonstrate initiative, pro-activity and ability for teamwork
• speak fluent EnglishIt’s good to have:
• some German language skills or willingness to learn
